you need to cancel all or part of you scheduled appointment(s), please notify me at least 48 hours in
advance. Failure to notify me in time will result in cancellation fee of 100%.
No Show Policy
Please be advised there is a no show policy, whereby any no show will result in a cancellation fee of
100% for service(s). The second time a no show, I will require your next scheduled appointment paid in

will incur cancellation fee.
I love my community and the children in it but as a safety precaution absolutely no children under the
age of 5 allowed unless being serviced.
If you are unhappy with your service, I will gladly work with you to fix it. Due to the nature of the service
and products we sell, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you contact me within 7 days, fixes are
complimentary. Any time after 7 days will require payment for new service.
Customer information in our files is used to improve your service, send important messages, and
marketing communications. WE DO NOT, under any circumstance share this information with third
parties. All guests are required to complete a wellness check upon entering. If you have felt ill and have
experienced any symptoms of COVID-19, PLEASE reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. All
guests are required to wear a face mask (covers nose and mouth) While stylist are required to wear
apron, facial mask, and gloves if needed. The salon space will be disinfected between clients and at the
end of each night. All appointments require a valid credit/debit card to secure appointment(s). When
making purchases please allow 2-3 business days depending on bank for processing of payments and
products. This excludes holidays and weekends. Taxes does apply to all items and services. Yes, there
will be hair and lashes provided for your appointment(S) Please book in advance. In the event I don’t
have the hair you need on hand I will notify you immediately to confirm that you either want you hair
ordered, schedule a different style or use different hair.
When booking an appointment(s) a credit/debit card must be held on file to prevent no shows and last
minute cancellations. Please wear a face mask. There is a strict Restroom policy. I will have Lysol wipes,
disinfectant, and hand sanitizer available. Please aim to arrive on time.
I ship item(s) out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general,
please allow 3-5 business days for processing time. You will receive an email confirming your order
shortly after order is placed. If you do not, please check your spam folder for email to see if you can
locate it there. If you are offered insurance and do not accept it, I am not responsible for lost, damaged,
or stolen packages. In the case of a delay in delivery due to weather and holidays, I am not responsible. For all premium and single donor hair orders, please allow an extra 3-6 business days for orders to be prepared when hair is not on hand.
