SHIPPING POLICY

I ship item(s) out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please allow 2-5 business days for processing time. You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after order is placed. If you do not, please check your spam folder for email to see if you can locate it there. If you are offered insurance and do not accept it, for I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once handed over to the carrier. In the case of a delay in delivery due to weather and holidays, I am not responsible. For same day or next day orders or deliveries for custom wig orders will incur a fee of $75.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are unhappy with your service, I will gladly work with you to fix it. Due to the nature of the service and products we sell, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you contact me within 48 hours, fixes are complimentary. Any time after 48 hours will require payment for new service.
