Booking policy

When booking with me, there is a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required.
Hair bath and dry is included in all silk press and ponytail styles. Due to the pandemic, if you have had or taken down any braided styles such as braids or a sew in, there is an antiseptic wash required for a fee of $25. Due to the fact that Covid sits on hair a minimum of 3 weeks. Please aim to be on time. For emergency appointments/bump the line appointments there is a $100 fee. For after hour appointments there is a $50 fee. For appointments on my off days there is a $50 fee. Please keep in mind there is a $15 late fee applied to your total when arriving 15 minutes late or more. When booking hair included services, payment for your hair is required at time of booking via Zelle, PayPal, Cash, or Invoice. The rest of your balance will be due at time of appointment. Absolutely no extra guest unless being serviced.

 

Cancellation Policy

I understand things come up, and I value your time, and I hope that you value mine, too. In the event you need to cancel all or part of you scheduled appointment(s), please notify me at least 48 hours in advance in order receive full refund of deposit. Failure to notify me in time will result in next appointment requiring a 50% deposit and forfeiting current deposit paid

No Show Policy

Please be advised there is a no show policy, whereby any no show will result in a cancellation fee of 0% for service(s). The second time a no show, I will require your next scheduled appointment paid in full.

Late Policy

Please be sure to arrive on time. Any late arrivals more than 15 minutes will incur a $15 late fee. 30 minutes will incur rescheduling.

Privacy policy

 Customers information in our files is used to improve your service, send important messages, and marketing communications. WE DO NOT, under any circumstance share this information with third parties. All guests are required to complete a wellness check upon entering. If you have felt ill and have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19, PLEASE reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. All guests are required to wear a face mask (covers nose and mouth) While stylists are required to wear an apron, facial mask, and gloves if needed. The salon space will be disinfected between clients and at the end of each night. All appointments require a valid credit/debit card to secure appointment(s). When making purchases please allow 1-3 business days depending on the bank for processing of payments. This excludes holidays and weekends. Taxes do apply to all items and services. Yes, there will be hair provided for your appointment(S). Please book in advance. In the event I don’t have the hair you need on hand I will notify you immediately to confirm that you either want you hair ordered, schedule a different style or use different hair.
